Why is the Rooms pages showing no available rooms for my selected date(s)?
Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay.

Yes! The Hotel Marblehead is delighted to offer free high-speed WiFi, and you will receive information about logging in at check-in.
Are you pet-friendly?
While we welcome Service Animals, unfortunately pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted at our hotel. We are happy to recommend nearby kennels for use during your stay.
Do you allow children?
The Hotel Marblehead welcomes well-behaved children of all ages, however, only a couple of our rooms can accommodate more than two persons (children and infants included). Please note our additional per person charge described in our policies. At this time, we are not able to provide any cribs or pack ‘n plays. Please call the hotel directly at (781) 639-9999 if you’re looking to book more than 2 guests so we can help you find the most appropriate accommodations.

We're located at 264 Pleasant Street in beautiful, coastal Marblehead, Massachusetts.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, we’re happy to suggest things to do in the area until check-in time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
What if I need to check in early or late?
We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you expect to arrive before or after check-in hours, please notify us as soon as possible.
Are you ADA-compliant?
We are happy to offer one ADA accessible accommodation at our property—the Queen w/ Patio ADA room. Other rooms may have more accessible features than others. Please see the accessibility page of our website to learn more, and call the hotel directly with any questions regarding access.
